Sessions are ideal for individuals new to fitness. Classes focus on correct breathing, core exercises, basic mobility & stability, and flexibility. A typical routine may include exercises using bodyweight, light weights, and resistance bands.

Sessions are ideal for individuals looking to shed some body fat. Classes focus primarily on interval training. To achieve more effective results, the routine will target a “fat burning zone” of 70-80% of max heart rate. Classes will utilize heart rate monitors.

Sessions are ideal for individuals with a base fitness level interested in improving their weight lifting form while increasing their strength and muscle mass. Class members will be introduced to numerous compound movement and muscle isolation exercises.

Sessions are focused on individuals who are interested in improving posture. Ideal for people sit or stand in the same position for long periods of time.

Sessions will be focused on high intensity interval training. The class will utilize a variety of different fitness equipment and exercises. There will be significant variety and different muscles targeted using equipment such as a weights, cardio machines, and cables.

Session will focus on individuals who want to strengthen their core and improve their overall mobility. The core is essential for good posture, solid biomechanics, and improved mobility. The class will include trigger point massage using foam rollers & massage balls, core exercises utilizing mainly bodyweight & bands, and balance exercises.
